A morning of feel-good fitness and the opportunity to move your body while making friends.
We will kick off the morning with a dynamic runners warm-up led by The Fit Life trainers. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your journey, ALL PACES ARE WELCOME to join us for our scenic 5km run.
Following the run, we'll transition into a rejuvenating Pilates session infused with runner-friendly exercises to help you cool down and stretch out those muscles.
Afterward, it's time to recharge and socialize with some delectable treats courtesy of Lahana, Quinta do Lago.
