Join us for a morning of feel-good movement! Running, Pilates & community vibes.
We're thrilled to announce our second Social Running Event of 2024 in collaboration with Quinta Shopping. Get ready for a morning of feel-good fitness and the opportunity to move your body while making friends. We will kick off the morning with a dynamic runners warm-up led by The Fit Life trainers. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your journey, ALL PACES ARE WELCOME to join us for our scenic 5km run through Quinta do Lago. Following the run, we'll transition into a rejuvenating Pilates session infused with runner-friendly exercises to help you cool down and stretch out those muscles. Come by yourself or bring a friend - everyone is welcome✨!
